What happens when most of your team is Indian?
It’s been 1.5 years as part Qualcomm CE SD. I don’t see my future. Most of the time, our team just takes the issue and copy paste to dev, no scope in learning. Manager wants to show off multiple accounts and tries to micromanages. No individual learning curve, feels less motivated day by day, lost interest in all activities, easily gets irritated. TC: 160
Can you refer me ? I am looking for these jobs
Not in qcom . You will be laid off on unusual Tuesday
Leave
Leave asap
CE is long known as copy and embed engineering among dev folks. don't see a need for them in NA except for Apple modem. In Asia pacific closer to the customers and speak their language - sure.
Don’t know where to start, I feel less motivated and can’t even solve a simple easy leetcode problems like finding duplicate
Use these time to improve skills, stop blaming qcom
yup use Q and CE gig as a launch pad and not as a lifetime career
It's all up to the individual on how much they want to contribute in CE. I started there and built up my debugging and root cause analysis skills and moved on to fixing drivers. Yes, it's a lot of cases and time has to be put in.
What did you major in?
