Career change - Oracle to Non Tech company

A major travel portal is about to make an offer to me for a senior position. Salary will be about 35% higher than what I make today but no stock option ( I haven't got the final numbers yet). This will be similar to deputy country head position. I am extremely happy with my current job as it offers great WLB, amazing manager and is stress free but workwise it is going nowhere. It is kinda TPM role but not a leadership position. I also don't feel I am adding anything new to my CV with current role. My wish is to join Google eventually so I am not sure if my current role or the new offer be better to take a shot at Google. YoE: 17 TC: 60L plus RSU (200 per year) Generally speaking, what would be your advice and what could be pros and cons of joining a new place or staying back at oracle ?
