Has anyone had experience working in one of the big tech companies (not headquartered) in Seattle and becoming a higher level manager/exec with a tech/engineering career background? I’ve worked in a satellite office for a different company before and always saw the glass ceiling. How is it in the tech hub of Seattle? Do I need to be in the Bay Area to become a director/VP ? #tech #seattle #software #director #engineering #management #promotion #apple #google #adobe #samsung #facebook #netflix
