Cash App/Square compensation
I’m interviewing with cash app. I’m trying to understand compensation at cash app/ square. From what I read there is no yearly performance cash bonus. Are there performance yearly refreshers? And if so, any insights of expected refresher for each level? This would be for Engineer role YOE 10 TC 250 #square #cashapp

Are the refreshers pro-rated based on when you join?
Thanks for the confirmation. Are engineers eligible for refreshers right after the first year? Do refreshers best 25,25,25,25?
