Changing job and country: TC equivalent
Curent salary: 53k plus shares, TC ~65k Dublin, Ireland. I have an offer in Barcelona, Spain where cost of living is roughly 25% less. I also want a bump in salary as I would not be moving for free. How much should I ask given I'm changing cost of living?

That is usually compensated for in relo or signing bonus.

it is ok to live but it depends on your lifestyle. If you want an apartment for your own calculate 1.5 to 1.9k for rent, if you share it will be 800 to 1k.
