11 years experience - big companies like Microsoft and Yahoo. MS in CS. What should I ask for base+bonus+RSUs? What would be numbers to not throw people off and what would be the max?
Where are you applying? If there is considerably depending on the company you are going for. For example, Uber probably offer a very generous RSU package because you were still taking on some inherent risk. Facebook, won't be able to match that and neither can Google.
What would be the Google numbers? Forgot to mention, targeting dev manager roles...
If you are going to Amazon, they have different salaries for different regions.
And their RSU package is back heavy. If you spend some time on these forms, you should know enough about each of these companies to know how to approach them.

$150-180k + $1.2m in RSUs ($300k per year) for unicorns like Uber and some others is what I've heard, and seen.
Facebook offers over $1m in RSU's at this stage? For senior engineers...??
