No itās not, it has many more sources and when promoted correctly can do your job for you 30-70% of the time. Depends on the role. Although I am worried that maybe humanity as a whole would become dumber due to these smarter tools. Human Brains have an affinity to stick to a low effort high reward task and this is just going to take it to the next level.

ChatGPT is only getting started. Iām not familiar with the most recent controversy surrounding the CEO, but GPT is legit and wonāt be going away anytime soon. App downloads and market share donāt mean much of anything when one product is entirely superior to the other. Google search is terrible and thatās not going to change anytime soon unless they invest in improving search. TC: 90K, ChatGPT Plus subscriber

Mobile app download essentially tells you how many new consumers are using your app right ? This used to be a metric that was pretty popular few years ago when evaluating TikTok, snap and other popular apps.
The primary way people access TikTok or snap probably is dedicated mobile app from the App Store. Thatās absolutely not the primary form factor people are accessing ChatGPT in (not least because itās powering other applications via API)
Iām a swe and my company pays for gpt4. I use it more than I use Google/stack overflow now. Itās no magic bullet but itās definitely a better mousetrap.
Well the title says downloads are slowing down. You know how rate/delta works right?
