Chicago is the greatest city in the United States
Just visited and it is a 10/10. Incredibly clean streets and has greenery. Very few homeless and no stench of bum piss or shit anywhere. Amazing skyline. So lively and full of culture. People partying even on weekdays. Stable housing. No blood sucking real estate vampires destroying the city. So much to do and so large. Cities like Seattle feel like small villages in comparison. I was matching with hot women on Tinder in Chicago. Seattle is full of ogres with colored hair and hairy arm pits. Just a wonder to behold. IMO it is the greatest city in America right now. If it isn’t obvious from the comparisons above I currently live in Seattle. I think the only thing Seattle has over Chicago is the nature around it, but I’ve already seen it so 🤷♂️
Now go again in winter
I’ve lived in Toronto for 5 years and lived in cold areas most of my life. Fear of winter is an Indian issue. I take winter over Seattle rain any day and it doesn’t bother me. Stay in during the coldest days, wear a jacket on the other days, enjoy winter activities like skiing and skating, and also schedule vacations during winter months. It’s summer before you know it.

All of the major ones. Except in Texas cause that weather, politics and location (desert) is instant 0/10
The only major city in Texas that would be considered desert is El Paso, and it’s got some of the better weather in the state lol
A stretch of good weather in the average US city will have you feeling like you’re in heaven..as someone above said.. visit in 3 months and report back .

Why would I deliberately go to high crime areas when there is no reason to do so? I’m not saying the city is without problems, but you don’t need to expose yourself to them.
