Chinese founder/investor Indian CEO companies?
In tech there are lots of success companies with Chinese investors/founders (Yahoo, Nvidia, Chime, Doordash, Zoom, Tencent, Bytedance) and ones with Indian CEOs (Mastercard, Twitter, Microsoft, Google, Flipkart). Are there start-ups with both? Should be good companies to get shares from

Why are Indians so fucking racist?
As an Indian, I can say, the mathematical probably of finding an Indian to be racist is higher due to India being number 1 in terms of population. Let's say that 30% of world is racist, and are equally disturbuted around the earth. So we have 1.4 billon (india population) / 7.8 billion (world population) That is roughly 18% population of world. Now the probability of finding at least 1% people from India to be racist is: 98% 1% of 1.4 billion is: 14 million people. So far we concluded that at least 14 million people in India are racist. Now out of them, how many are expats? How many more racist people they breed/talk to, etc. is unknown. That being said, I am not defending them or their action.
I don't think you want to invest in start up with Chinese money + Indian CEO. Chinese Money: it's purely because Chinese rich got so much money, they just throw to everywhere. It doesn't mean they know the business. Just a number game, if you have money to invest in 10000 companies, you have more chance to have 10 successful ones. (But if you invest early, you have a much bigger chance to be in the 9990 failures) Indian CEO: don't you see Indians are much better at being the 2nd/3rd CEO after the company is established, but not so much as the 1st CEO? So a startup Indian CEO is not in the same category as your example.
Confluent has both Chinese and Indian co-founders.
Mastercard CEO used to be Indian but not now
Elon Musk is not indian.
