If you are trying to quit, then quit. Get on a patch or the gum if you need help with the nicotine comedown. But quitting the actual ritual of smoking will be 1000x easier if you don't keep having "just one more".

It's illegal to sell single cigarettes. This is literally what police killed Eric Garner for.
Cops are horrific people. I recently saw a tazer training program and the cops dishing it out had a sadistic grin the entire time the other officer was yelling. They get that job to feed on pain
