Btw there is very little to no room for negotiation as per my experience. They are not in par with industry. Seeing lot of old timers > 10 years who just cruising along. Its good for entry level or if someone is really desperate to leave their old company else i would suggest them a pass.

Which org ? Grade 10 bonus should be 15%. Ask for grade 11 if possible. Cisco yearly increments are 🥜, so negotiate hard before accepting. RSUs/ refreshers are not guaranteed - Depends on the BU. Profitable ones give out more. Pls also keep in mind that Cisco has restructuring/layoffs almost every year and a large part of their tech stack is proprietary.
