I got an offer without an actual interview last year. They just gave me an offer because I was a ex-intern. That should answer your question
Returning interns get offers without interviews at most places as long as you did well. (Even at FAANGs). Congratulations on your good performance as an intern. However this does not say anything about Cisco’s hiring process
Thanks! but the Internship was a couple years prior to offer and the offer was from a different team. Regardless I didn’t end up taking it because I had no idea what I was going to work on.
Actually yes. Most Cisco jobs go to nepotism. Friends, relatives, their spouses, adult kids of old timers. You are unlikely to make it In purely on merit alone.
For internal hires itself they are taking 3 to 4 rounds..
Yoe? Depends upon your experience and role requirements
I had an internal interview at SBG, they asked me a leetcode medium-hard

Aw man, don’t gotta put him down like that, everyone has different stages of growth and you never know what someone else is going through
They also could mean due to the actual process
