They are offering 135k base + 20k joining +70k stocks Is this good given the location and level?
Also need to specify if this position is for full time employee or sales, makes a huge difference.

160k base 200k stocks G8 with 10yoe
G8 with 10 YOE is weird. Should be G10-11
