Cisco ETI senior PM Comp?
Just had a recruiter reach out about a Senior Product Manager position with the Cisco Emerging Technologies & Incubation (ETI) team. Anyone have any insight into what the TC for this position would be? Current culture and benefits at Cisco?

That's not correct. Is it a G11or G12 position? Should be 300-400k TC. I'd tell you exactly, but I don't see and senior product manager positions listed on the internal job site.
It’s a G11 position. I’m seeing ~$262k average on levels. Think I can really negotiate $300k+?

Seems accurate range for Sr Product Manager can be either G10 or G11 . G12 generally gets promoted they don’t hire them from outside.
It’s a G11. I am shooting for $300K and flexible on the mix (base/RSU/bonus).
