Please help with regards to: Long term stay Increments WLB Promotion Layoffs (add your thoughts) #cisco #sap
SAP pros: - Good WLB (generally, but depends on the team). - Lot of leaves (Sick leave + floating leave + earned leave + family care leave etc. and my manager is pretty chill and can take leave whenever I want ) - In your case pay is better than Cisco - Hike was decent this year ( not great, but last year we received 3.5 % fixed for entire organization). SAP is a huge company and opinion may vary, this is my personal experience. I would suggest take SAP and move out after a year or so?
Thanks for the inputs. This evening declined SAP and went ahead with Cisco purely due to the work and the team. Will revisit this thread after 6 months or so to give feedback on my decision.
SAP
Can you not renegotiate with Cisco ?
I tried to the best of my abilities but it's the max they can offer for this position.
