Cisco ThousandEyes Program Manager
I found an opportunity for a Program Manager role at Cisco ThousandEyes. Any idea if there are major differences in total compensation in Thousand Eyes when compared to other Cisco Engineering BUs? I am asking because ThousandEyes came through acquisition and there might be differences in salary, bonus, etc. TC: 210k YoE: 20

What is this product?
This is a network monitoring SaaS application. The goal is to be able to monitor not just your local network, but also the broader internet. For example, you are a company using multiple SaaS applications and you want to monitor the performance of these dependencies in one place along with your internal applications.
I was really impressed with the compensation package at ThousandEyes. People give Cisco a lot of shit but I feel my package is top tier compensation and certainly much more than I made at my old job. They are highly incentivized to hire people since they have ambitious growth plans. You can use that to your advantage when negotiating. TC: 251k YoE: 5
How've the people and the work been so far?
And any tips for the onsite?
Similar compensation structure and salary bands across Cisco and the acquisitions. From what I know, the acquisitions pay slightly higher for the talent.
