Citadel Securities vs FB?
Incredibly fortunate to have gotten an offer at both of these places. FB return intern offer: 236K TC (124k base, 160k stock, 50k sign on, >=10% perf bonus, 10k relo ) - NYC Citadel Securities offer: 375K TC (175k base, 100 guaranteed perf bonus, 100k signing bonus) - NYC/Chicago FB WLB is pretty good, ~40 hr/week Not sure about CitSec WLB YOE: 0 TC: $45/hr #citadel #facebook #swe

Not a good time for FB atm. But who knows, this may be a good time to join. They may right the ship.

You're too early in your career to turn down an extra 100k+. I'd take Citadel. If you're absolutely miserable, you can always leave for better WLB later.
