Citadel interview process
whats the interview process with citadel like? what are the expected compensation for 4 yoe?
Phone -> onsite. Probably 400k
Citadel comp is nutty. NXT program is like 350k then after 2 years 600k. Lmao

Yea going for it rn, but NXT program doesn't recruit via cold applications, they have to accept them legally of course, but you need to be presented to Citadel by a recruiting firm. It's all cash too so no bs vesting. They're trying to fight google recruiting with this program, at least that's what I was told.
Engineering Interviews: 1 Phone Round (about 45 mins to 1 hour) >> On-Site - 5 Interviews (1 hour each) + 45 mins on-premise lunch break Mostly focused at Algorithms and Data Structures. 1 round on Design and a couple of rounds by Senior Leadership of the teams but they too may ask Algorithms. People are often late for interviews (especially the senior folks by about 10 mins) and also found some interviewers being busy on phone
