Citadel quant. compensation?
What's the total compensation for a quant. role at Citadel, divided by base, RSU, and expected bonus? Is it much higher than in other firms? And what to expect for the interview process? Any info would be appreciated.

Mo7apQ Aug 26, 2020If you're SWE, you're never getting a quant job. You need to be in a research role (ideally publishing papers) with a PhD or postdoc experience to have a good shot at quant roles.
