Seems like a solid offer to me. I'm at 15 years experience and got about $230k offer at Meta for SA.

Meta is business engineering division. The cloud sa @ cloudera is far more technical role than one at Meta
Clarify how did the recruiter or HM quantify the stock option value. A STAR valued at 10$ would work as a option with 10$ strike price. Don't assume 10,000 STARs are valued at 100K
As of now , 10$ grant price and 30$ market price . You get the difference (20$) as payout price per unit , the market price might increase in future more so , if company goes public . A multiple of 20k equity gets you 100 units.
