Currently going through interview process for non technical position. Interview process seems non traditional first speaking with the hiring manager and then recruiter. I was then given a take home assignment to complete and once I returned the assignment I was contacted and set up with a call to review the assignment with the hiring manager. Does this seem to be common practice with Cloudflare and what are the expectations during the review with the hiring manager? I have been told interviews are lengthy and so far there’s been hours of effort to prepare for interviews and complete the assignment. Wondering what to expect next. Started process in August. @001AMA I am interviewing as well for a Cloudflare role for a technical account manager role. Any insights on what the take at home assignment is? Any pointers? Thank you in advance
The interview process was looong and the offer was peanuts. Major waste of my time.
The interview process has been weird for me so far. First a hiring manager interview and now a take at home test. Stil haven’t talked to the recruiter regarding comp. Thinking of stopping since there hasn’t been any clarity on that front.
OP, any update?
Some AWS BD teams require writing samples/homework too. It’s not like your going to prove communication skills using a whiteboard in 20 minutes
