Cloudflare offer
Hi. Got a cloudflare offer. 170 TC based in Canada. 75% base, 25% based on company performance. Plus 100k RSU over 4 years. Current 150 Base salary, with a some RSU vesting soon but I really want to change company. Somehow I feel the offer is not great, but there is a lot of room to grow at cloudflare and it would look great in my resume. Opinions? #cloudflare
Yeah that’s not great, there’s a post somewhere from a 5 YOE London person who got plenty more than that
My WLB is not great at the moment. Since I decided to leave I have stoped going above and beyond and that has kept me busy until past 5pm. But I rarely get a lunch break for example. How bad is it at cloudflare? How is the management culture? Do they let you grow and mentor you? Or is it the Wild West?

Turns out it’s not RSU count. It’s USD dollars of purchasing RSU at the time of hire at the average close price of the first month. Given then 25% of those stock units per year.
Sorry, what do you mean by "avg close price for 1st of the month"?
