Starbuck grande is 7.5 and 4 cups a day is already 30, I am shock when looking at the aggregation of coffee expenses in the App for last month!
Make your own coffee. A $15 bag of beans from a local roastery lasts me 2-3 weeks
Starbucks itself sells same coffee beans, in case if you like that taste
That's a lot of money for super shitty coffee. I roast my own beans, which gets me top-notch coffee at like half the normal price of brewing your own
4 cups a day is not the best for your heart. I actually developed elevated bp in part from pounding Starbucks
Was she at least good looking?
Wow… who would have thought 🧐
You drink Starbucks 4 times a day. You deserve to lose money 😭
Coffee/caffeine is unnecessary. People who habitually drink coffee will convince you otherwise, but if you live without it (and maintain a modicum of healthy habits) your body adjusts and can handle a day without caffeine just fine.
I can’t believe you drink that swill
Your medical bills for cardiovascular diseases are going to be much higher 😂
Is there a link between caffeine and heart disease?
Not directly but there is for high amounts of sugar and if OP is drinking lattes or frappes that's definitely going to be an issue.
Carry cold brew and order it from Thrive Market.
