Cohesity layoffs
Have an offer for principal engineer but have been hearing rumors of impending layoffs in the company. Is this a bad time to join? TC 430k #cohesity
We have laid off 70 between dec to now. Maybe layoff season is over but who knows.

Layoff may not be biggest problem to join here as people leave in trenches even in this market. Do read reviews on WLB , office politics etc before decide. Also principal engineers are rare breed so you are easily identifiable. May wanna omit details. And $430k if your new TC what was RSU valued ? TC seems low even for TD level.

There is a lot of work pressure. People have left/laid off and new people are not joining.

$30 per RSU. The funny thing is that they say it is at the lower end. I am pretty sure IF the cohesity ever goes for IPO then it will be close to $10-15.
