I am being offered 55 LPA base, with 10% yearly bonus, ~3.5 lakh PF, and 1.5k of RSU for an year for MTS-4 level position. As per the recruiter, the expected share price should be 30$. Is this a good package to accept for this level? YOE- ~6

Please don’t get fooled by HR on $30. Ask them if $30 is backed by FMV ? Cohesity just closed series F at $16-18 per stock. So $30 is a big lie.

It's very good offer @ 6 yoe. Some of the staff/mts5 level engineers here are not yet 55lpa base.
