Coinbase PM interview
I have 2 PM interviews scheduled, anyone from Coinbase has tips or would like to mock with me?
Coinbase PM interview is very similar to what you would find at a place like google or Facebook. The process was designed heavily by the ex-Google and FB PM’s who have joined the past couple years. It’s all about structured thinking, creative problem solving, measuring success. Make sure you have a solid framework for working through nascent problems
Thank you. There's also a technical part (for on site later on) - is it sth like: "how Instagram works?" should I prep for system design?
It’s not “technical” but rather it’s an interview with an Engineering stakeholder. It will focus much more on building relationships with Engineering managers and how you think through prioritization. Trade-off’s around things like quality vs. speed

Update: a lot of people DM me about this. Here's my response: the coinbase PM interview is very simmilar to FB and Google style: product sense & execution, behavioural. They have this style where the question starts like a behavioural one but the followup question is execution or product sense, something like this: 'Tell me about the time when you had to make a decision on the product. How did you prioritise it? What metrics did you use to measure success.' Expect 2-3 questions during 30 mins call. Also, be ready to ask them questions. I didn't get an offer. It seems very competitive. Hope it helps and that's all I know :)
When you say you didn’t get through. Did they convey the rejection through email or on a phone call?
I am through 3 out of 4 onsite rounds. On a quick chat with recruiter, it looks like two to them were average feedback, although to me they seemed decent. So I can understand the high bar.
