I spoke to a recruiter, they mentioned almost all the comp numbers are fixed. For Senior in a zone 2 location, it was: 180k base 175k/yr RSUs (annual grant instead of 4yr) 10% bonus = 18k = 373k TC She also mentioned there’s an equity bonus that depends on personal and company performance, but didn’t give any numbers regarding that. Does anyone @coinbase have any example figures for what that bonus payout looks like? I mean is it a multiplier on 10k, 50k, etc? Yoe 5.5 TC 300k
