Are you intentionally omitting key details? Pausing USDC:USD conversions over the weekend, not close the whole app completely. Your post is misleading even though you add the Twitter reference.

No it's not the same. That's like saying the entire new York stock exchange is closed when a single stock isn't available to trade. The only thing not allowed on Coinbase per the tweet is buying USDC with US dollars, or selling USDC to get US dollars.
