Coinbase new no negotiation policy

Well, I guess that will eliminate TC or GTFO when someone from Coinbase makes a post.
Its just the initial comp that is the same, they make up for the no negotiations with fat bonuses/refreshers as long as you can perform
"Performance" is really just a question of favoritism and how much your manager likes you.
