Update: Coinbase added 20k as sign on bonus which made the TC about ~400k. I'm gonna go with Coinbase :) ----------------------- Coinbase TC is higher (~380k vs ~340k) Both for senior engineering position and fully remote. Personally I feel Coinbase offers more exciting challenges though it seems Square has a very good WLB and culture.

I believe there is cash bonus as well at CB which should bring the TC to 400K. Check with your recruiter. It’s tough to keep up with all the comp changes recently and I recall my recruiter leaving out tons of valuable comp info like refreshers.
