Comcast stocks
Does any one have an idea on, how much refresher stocks do a SDE3 receive every year at comcast? And any details on the bonus structure ? #engineering #swe
Stock refreshers are a joke in bay area.
I don't exactly remember but they keep increasing every year. I had 15k vested this year and 19k next year but for sure you cant expect like faang or some other silicon valley org.
I was given 6k stocks to be vested in 5 years in silicon valley. 🤣

I got like 10k every year + stock options... really shitty vesting cycle though, so each year is like 1k in stocks but since it's staggered you eventually get around 10k RSU + options per year (after about 3 years...)
It's a function of your PIR. Some E3s receive 15 and others get closer to 30

How does it work at google?
~50k base for new grad SWE, 70k bass after 1 promo, 100k base after 2 promo. Multipliers of up to 1.6 based on performance. The multipliers used to be a lot higher.
