Comp range for VP at capital one or TD or AMEX

Can someone from financial technology please share comp range for VP role? Also, what is the comp structure? Please note, VP title at these FIs is much more senior and is NOT the same as VP title at banks like JPM or Morgan Stanley. Thanks!
