Why does leetcode get so much hate?
Hello, I'm looking for companies that would allow a digital nomad lifestyle. I assume no companies would officially allow that but some of them don't have any hr policy about that and/or don't care about your location. Not limited to big names, I would consider any company with great flexibility. Yes, I'm aware of the tax and residency issues that this lifestyle might cause. Not looking for advices about that. #remotework #wfh #digitalnomad
@OP I want the same, can we DM wanted to know what kind of plans you had(daydreams maybe )
For sure, let's chat
Hey can I DM too?
Spotify
Not exactly, you can only work from countries where they have established tax entities and they’ll change your pay and actually “move” you there
Crypto related
Any company in particular?

If you have a US employer (and probably most other countries), the employer cannot allow that because they are responsible for withholding your taxes correctly. They also have to comply with local labor laws and it's impossible for them to know all of them in all countries. I would explore freelancing and consulting work. I believe that's the only way it's legally possible for your employer. As a manager, I would be hesitant to hire a "digital nomad". In my experience, people need a quiet and ergonomic workstation, and that's usually not available outside their permanent home.
I have a colleague who is a nomad, hasn't seemed to have had any issues.
There are several resources like https://weworkremotely.com/ But TC is not good.
Finally someone with useful link 😃

Hey did you make the chat?
Smaller companies, virtually any of them. Ah, but that pay...
I'm considering that because it is my dream to try that lifestyle for a year or so and want to enjoy it while I'm still young. It doesn't necessary require a very high TC. Probably would be happy with the half of my current one. I can always come back after ~1 year and make good money again, I assume.
What is half? It’s better if you have a partner even if you have to pay for everything. Trust me. The isolation can be quite intense.
