Companies that can give 85+ lpa for 3.5 - 4 yoe?
Hi everyone, I have been working at Salesforce for a while, and now want to switch for good work and higher TC (high priority). Can you suggest some startups and companies that are paying 85+ lpa (liquid if startup) otherwise total tc 85+. I know some companies used to give this much salary not sure if they are giving now, Uber, Google L4, Microsoft L62, Atlassian. IC5 will be atleast 6 years of experience. Yeah IC4 is 75-80 lpa
Lin Senior could go 85+ But you need someone to loop you at that yoe. Generally external hires with 5yoe+ are considered but Iv seen exceptions.

Don't get greedy. There will always be someone earning more than you. You are already in top 1% software engineer for your experience. Concentrate more on learning, take ownership and solve highly complex problems and you get more in current company. Salesforce is a high base company and it will be difficult to find companies that match the Salesforce bases.( Lot of companies usually match using high stock which can be volatile. )
