Companies that don’t lowball without competing offers?
I know Microsoft and Google tend to lowball & down level if you are not from FAANG or do not have competing offers, while companies like Snapchat or OCI do not seem to have that issue. Do you know any companies that give good offers right off the bat?

FB will give you the middle of a well defined band. you need competing offer only if you want top of the band but middle of the band is not a lowball imo. it's decent.

Amazon gives good offer without competing offers

Because Amazon itself is used just as a competing offer for other companies.
