Maybe you should work on a ranking of how onerous the stack ranking and related PIP process are. Google has a stack rank that calls out the bottom 2-8%, but there isn't a clearly linked Amazon style PIP process.

Basically any company that pays more than 100K will have it. Actually even less pay will. Is your question on how aggressively people at the bottom are fired then the only confirmed employer we know of is amazon
