Companies that pay well without needing competing offers?
What companies directly offer good TC without needing to haggle with competing offers if the interview performance is good? TC: 200k

I'm not talking top of the band offer, but some companies downright throw insulting offers at you if you don't have a competing offer (Case in point: MS and now GOOG). FB seems to be an exception from anecdotal experience.
eh, Google gives you good amount if you do well in the interview. People who post lowball offers are the shit ones. It's same as Amazon. depends on how many strong hires the person got.

Amazon is usually pretty good about not lowballing. Also they're really easy to negotiate in my experience, I just say "how far can you push it" and the recruiter will say something like "Let me get back to you" no counteroffer/numbers needed

They'll ask you to share the actual pdfs - No, Sir - the pdf screenshot just won't cut. They even want you to share the email without redacting the competing company's recruiter name/email, etc. Privacy - what's that?

Just tell upfront how much you want, and tell you are interviewing somewhere else. It worked for me at Google. In my case that was actually true, since I was interviewing at another company and had an offer similar to what I asked Google, but they have never asked to me to show any proof and I've never even told them the name of the other company.
