Any company that burns money and doesn’t have cash flow. Or any company pivoting towards a new frontier that everyone thinks is stupid and has people in senior positions heading for the exit

Any company too woke should be avoid as they may loose customers without aware of that.
I would see the balance sheets, projections, outlook and portfolio before joining the company. If the BU is not profitable, it is a straight forward downside.
Was interviewing with them, stopped when the Elon circus began. Going nowhere near that. I already was hesitant because I think their platform is toxic
