If we need 30 engineers to build product without AI we might need 15 to build product with AI
Still creating the problem is half of a solution. It needs testing and debugging and monitoring as well. Human and their brain is not easy to replace
Yes and no. Teams will be slower to hire but once you're leading a team/org, most people will want said team to grow so they have a chance to keep moving up. Leadership needs to be tight about this but only for so long then they'll let those orgs grow as the good times come back.
