Which company has the best reputation for having people with strong emotional intelligence? Or one that is actually people-minded and cares about personality? Startups versus FANGs?
Not amazon
In management? I've had extremely good experiences in Google, although my only comparison is Microsoft and various companies I've interned for. I don't think median EQ is very high at Google, though.

It's not fair to compare between companies with 10k eng vs 100 eng. Google brain has highest IQ with no doubt
The question is about EQ not IQ
Ok. So salesforce? As they have more sales?
Talking about relatively large companies, Palantir will be one of those that care about personality
Finance/Consulting ppl have much higher EQ. I would suggest McKinsey.
And that’s why I’m joining McKinsey
I switched from consulting track to tech because I feel their work brings no value
Consultancies, but it’s tricky figuring which ones provide actual value vs which are pre-sales for SAP/SalesForce/AWS etc vs those that are full of shit.
Thoughtworks requires it...
Thoughtworks and Pivotal are great. WWT, maybe.
I think Meditech
