Does any company administer perks really well? How does the gym / education reimbursement work at your company?
LinkedIn has pretty good perks
At LinkedIn they have a couple of apps you access via Okta. Upload the receipt, type in some text and submit. It is very easy and usually approved same day, then hits your bank in 2 weeks.
Why do you have to use a speedtest app to upload expenses? 🤔😂
Okta handles our SSO and authentication for company apps...
Do you know what apps they are?
PerkUp and Workday, but I think the ease of use is more related to Corp policy/process and managers caring enough to approve expenses quickly. These apps can be configured to require so much detail that it becomes a burden... or they can make it easy. My experience has been that it is a very easy process.
Perks / benefits make up a small part of your TC, so why be so concerned about those? Give me another $50K after-tax and you can even take away my healthcare benefits.
