TC: 150K Edit: Insight Global is pitching direct hire Network Engineer role for Walmart. I am thinking this not Walmarts policy and this agency is phishing for leads. Anyone at Walmart can confirm?

Give them contact information for two of your friends, whom each have a persona and information to give to Walmart.
You can give them the details but asked to be notified or get your consent before calling your references and you can aslo let them know not to call your current managers unless you reach a conclusion on offer.
If im working with the employer, i have no problem giving it. This is a recruiter, I dont trust them one bit.
