Hey Target employees! What's the culture like at HQ? Do people/teams get along for the most part? Is there support for growth when needed? Anything that's a red flag?
It really depends on the team and area. I’d like to think so. Some pyramids are way more lax than others and friendly. What area are you looking at? I feel there is a ton of support for growth but it largely depends on your area.
This^ but overall Target gets high marks for culture and has generally low turnover. When people do leave they do genuinely cool things.
I interned there and had a great experience. I was in their downtown office though. HQ is much nicer.
It depends on the department, but Target can be as catty as Sephora...but with more of a passive aggressive flavor.
Minnesota for you 🤷🏼♂️ Generally the tech team / digital and supply chain are teams focused on delivery...some of the business teams, merch, buyers can be catty and don’t ever try to cross the marketing group. 😳
