Hi all, looking to interview for Android roles. I notice some of them have live coding rounds, which I’m not super prepared for. Can you post in the comments companies with Android roles and what their process looks like? Below are some recruiters have mentioned to me: Meta: LC, system design Snapchat: LC, system design TikTok: LC, system design, live coding (team dependent) Amazon: ? DoorDash: live coding(?) LinkedIn, LC, system design, live coding (received an offer in 2021 and this was their process then) Tinder: live coding Grindr: live coding Amazon: LC, system design Uber: ? Slack: take home assignment I’m fully prepped on leetcode and Android system design, but not so much on live coding (willing to study for the right opportunity). If you know any companies not listed and their Android interview process could you comment below? I’ll add to the list.
Square = take home project(?)
How did you prepare for android system design?
I just picked some problems and designed the apps myself. I don’t know what I’m missing though 🤷♂️ since there’s not a lot of resources for that.
In my interview at dd they did not ask lc for abdroid engineers as it is a practical interview
Thanks, updated. Have you done any other companies? I’ve added Amazon and Uber.
At slack you are given an assignment fir 1 week followed by multiple shit tests by their recruiter and coordinators.
Lucid = lowball
