Salesforce engineer here. I didn’t do anything but company and team training for 2 months. Even then, after month 2 it was a pretty chill ramp up.
Salesforce, I’ve seen people took over 6 months to onboard, myself included. It’s a total joke.
Staying within the killbox for a long duration isn't as much of a benefit as you think it is, during a recession and a potential looming depression.
Any jobs where they pay you do to nothing during a recession? Asking for a friend.
I'm not aware of any company like that. I still plan to work 10-15 hours a week during onboarding.
