Quantcast (Option to move to management) - Sr. SDE / SDM Base- 185k, Options- 450k/4, joining- 30k, refresher- 10% of base, total yr1- 334k, total 4 yr - 1249k Which one to choose based on WLB, growth, TC, culture ? YOE - 10 TC - 230k
What's Quantcast valuation for 450k. How did you translate options to stock value
Don't ever work for a KR company. Even if offered TC is 5mil.
I would take the 5M offer, work like a slave for a year and retire.
Slave is an understatement.
Keep interviewing. None will be ipo in near future.
Compass, cos that offers the highest base. None of these will Ipo soon and are just paper money

For Coupang, when you say Options 500k/4, do you mean 500K number of stock options or are you estimating their value to be $500,000/4 years. If it is $500K value, how are you estimating that value?
What's the timeline for IPO for any of these companies?
Which offer did you eventually accept?
