Hello, I am currently in the process of interviewing for a role at Tata Singapore. It's a tech role, though not SWE and it's a direct contract with TCS but will be seconded to a company headquartered in Singapore. Can I check from the TCS folks here on: 1. How are the benefits like i.e. healthcare (outpatient specifically, and which provider)? 2. How many vacation days per year? 3. How many month(s) notice for resignation? 1, 2 or 3? I would suggest to check the expected CTC before the interview process. In India they sometime can't able to match CCTC after the whole process.
I already know the ctc and agree with what was already, so no surprised there. More intersted in the points I raised that are spexific to the Singapore TCS employee benefits.
