Compensation: Deloitte India manager role
I am planning to move back to India and interviewing with deloitte India for a managerial role. It's an upgrade from my current role. What would be the compensation and benefits I should negotiate for. Thanks in advance

As of today, Manager (Advise) start at 23lpa fixed and Manager (Tech) around 20 lpa fixed Bonus is in the 12-18% range Max on fixed at M is around 30lpa
