Compensation at Udacity
Hey all - Does anybody have numbers on what compensation looks like at Udacity? I’m wondering if getting an offer with them will help me get any sort of negotiating leverage against my current offer.

OP could you put your offer numbers here?
I interviewed with them 2 years ago for an AVP role and was shocked by how little they offered for salary considering they also wanted me in california. They offered 125 base and I don't remember the exact details of the benefits package but it wasn't enough for me to accept. I now make much more in a city far cheaper.
