Compensation evaluation visa
Hey Guys !! I received an offer from Visa Inc for Senior Consultant, Cyber Security role. Below is the compensation offered. This is for a position in California, could you suggest if it's competitive for this role in Visa or should I ask for more. Joining bonus - 15k Package - 185k No RSUs YOE - 5 years Current TC - 170k #salarycomparison

Good for visa. Low in general
What would be normal in BayArea. I like the position so, Iβm considering to join?. Also they revised the base to 195k and 12% annual bonus
